1. Setting up a credit account with OGI?

All new customers are asked to pay pro-forma until some history of orders is built up. After this if you would like to have a 30 day credit account with Lotus Imports Ltd you can apply by filling out a credit application form and supplying two trade references. Please contact the sales team for a credit application form.

2. What happens if an item I've ordered goes out of stock?

We will put the item on back order and you will be contacted once it is back in stock. If an item is out of stock on the website that you wish to order please click the ’email when available’ button on the item so you will be notified as soon as they come into stock!

3. Are There Any Charges For Shipping Or Is It Free?

Shipping charges are applicable as per destination and type of order.

4. Do You Have A MAP Policy?

Yes, OGI has a comprehensive MAP policy in effect to protect not only the OGI brand, but its partners as well. Any partner wishing to engage in external advertising, using OGI items, is encouraged to do so, provided that the partner has completed an Advertising and Pricing Agreement. 5. Can I Become A Partner?

Yes. A new account application form with accompanying resale permit need to be filled out and returned to OGI before an order will be processed. Please email to info@ogiinteriors.com, or WhatsApp to +91-8955472611. A notification of your new OGI account number will be sent to you within five working days. If will be paying via credit card, please send in a completed credit card authorization form.
