You Can Be Return, If –  Incorrect Item, Quality Issues, Damaged Products,

Freight charges will be not refundable if returned by customer’s choice and no any defect in the products. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

OGI will not accept returns, if – Products are damaged in transit, as the result of insufficient or improper wrapping material, will be refused.
